Springfield's Two Most Powerful Promoters, Gary L Thomas Presents and Springood, Join Forces.
Gary L. Thomas Presents and Springood merged in late 2024 to create the new in-house buying division, Midwest Live, for the legendary venue, The Regency Live. Thomas began promoting outdoor events in the early 80's, opening The Regency Showcase venue in 1984 (see history) booking 250+ touring acts annually. Johan Collins launched Springood in 2005 and began promoting shows at multiple venues in Springfield, eventually branching out to Fayetteville, Arkansas and surrounding cities. Combined, these two promoters bring over 60 years of experience to the table. They're passionate about the industry, the artists and the customer experience.
